2007-2013
I embarked on my journey into the world of Photoshop and animation at Arena Animation. After marriage, I chose to leave behind my accounting career to follow my true passion. At that pivotal moment, Arena Animation had an opening for a faculty position, and I was fortunate enough to secure it. Little did I know, this opportunity would open doors to a fulfilling path. Alongside my role as a faculty member, I dedicated 8 enriching years as the center academic head. My love for filmmaking blossomed, inspiring me to invest in the Canon 5D Mark III, which had just been launched. This marked the beginning of my creative endeavors, leading to the creation of several short films. In time, I turned this passion into reality by founding my own company, CineStori.
Through the art of self-study, I mastered Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Corel Draw, FCP, InDesign, Cinema 4D, and Lightroom. During those 8 transformative years as a faculty member, I devoted 5-6 hours each day to immersing myself in these creative tools.
"In 2004, I was sent on a 12-day tour to Italy and France by the church."
Born in 1979, In school time, drawing, craft, and painting were my top interests and in 1998 I topped in commerce in the 12th grade across the entire town of Mhow.
2014 onwards...
Finally, I chose my dream career and began working full-time on my company, CineStori, as a filmmaker. Just a few months later, I ventured into wedding films and photography with 'The Wedding Pullav.' In 2014, Tony D'souza made history by setting a record in the Limca Book of Records for the World's Largest Group Photography. 1999-2006
In 1999, alongside my college studies, I worked as an accounting executive at the head offices of big companies like Tata, Eicher, and Hutch in Pithampur, Lucknow, and Bhopal. However, I couldn't secure a permanent position in any of these companies due to their outsourcing policies, or perhaps it was because my destiny had something else in store for me. During Eicher Motors, I would travel 40 kilometers from Pithampur to Indore to learn animation graphics, and then head back to Mhow. Every day same routine.
